The Housing Operations Tracking System (HOTS) is an automated system to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) temporary housing program LOGHouse. This is a two-part system consisting of a web-based interface: HOTS for administration of users and data plus a linked mobile application, Mobile Housing Operations Tracking System (MHOTS), for the collection of field data.

To obtain access, users should request access from their designated supervisor under the assigned disaster. A user guide is available that outlines these systems and can also be requested though your designated supervisor or administrator.

HOTS and MHOTS are limited access systems. Any unauthorized access of this system or unauthorized use of the information on this system by authorized users or others is prohibited and may be subject to criminal and civil penalties under applicable laws.
